There is a lot of paperwork associated with a governing body. Baldwin City Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month, at 7pm in the Community Center, located at 715 Chapel Street. Each meeting has an agenda, minutes from the prior meeting, and a packet of supporting documents for most items on the agenda. These documents are typically published by 5pm on the Friday before a meeting. This page is a place to find Council documents sorted by year and type. Budgets are finalized in the fall for the year ahead, and audited financial statements are typically available by late spring of the next year.
