Hosted by The Maple this year, get your sale listed for free in the all new City Wide Yard Sale Trail guide.

Listings can be submitted for free here, or pick up a paper form at City Hall, the Chamber, or the Library.

‍Listings are due May 27th, 2025.

25% of Yard Sale Guides proceeds will go towards BJHS students EF Tours trip for May 2026.

Listing Deadline: Tuesday, May 27, 2025

• No late entries will be accepted after that date.

Guide Launch Party: Wednesday, June 4, 2025

• Located in the parking lot west of the Trolly.
• Flatlanders Pizza will be slinging pizzas!
• Yard Sale Guides will be available for $5
• BJHS students’ Italy Trip Fundraiser — 25% of guide sales support BJHS students’ Italy Trip!

Quick Overview: The City-Wide Yard Sale Trail is now organized by The Maple (local magazine and newspaper).

How to Register: Residents must register their yard sale listing themselves.

2 Options:

• Scan the QR code on the flyer (located at City Hall, Library, and online) or follow this link to register for FREE.
• Fill out paper form (same locations as above.)

Paper forms can be turned in to the front desk at City Hall, The Library, or the green mailbox out front of The Chamber.

Guides for Sale

Listings will be collected, mapped, and printed into a Yard Sale Guide, which will be available for $5.

• June 4 at the Launch Party
• June 5-6, guides will be available at The Chamber of Commerce at 719 High St, Baldwin City, KS

Yard Signs for Sale

Yard signs will be for sale for $6. There is a box to check on the form if they would like to order one. We will collect payment upon pick up June 4-6. We will send follow up details by June 2.

Q: Can residents register in person at City Hall or the Library?

Yes. Paper forms are available at City Hall, The Chamber, and The Library and can be turned in at the front desk at any of these locations. Residents may also register online by scanning the QR code or visiting the link provided on the flier.

Q: Where can residents pick up the Yard Sale Guides?

1. Yard Sale Launch Party - June 4

Q: Does it cost anything to list your sale?

No, listing your sale is FREE. If you place a listing, you will receive a free guide! Only the printed guides cost money ($5 each).

Q: Is it possible to edit your listing? Yes! Please email any edits to jenni@ baldwinmaple.com. Edits must be submitted by May 27, as changes will not be accepted after that date.

Q: Last year there was no cost. Why does it cost $5 to get a guide this year? The $5 guide includes all sale listings, coupons, and local ads to help you plan the ultimate shopping day. It’s your all-in-one tool for finding the best deals and supporting our community event!
