NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

Written, sealed bids will be received by the City of Baldwin City at City Hall for the sale of City-owned property, as specified below.

The City of Baldwin City, Kansas is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of property, situated at the intersection of Chapel Street, Highway 56, and First Street. Tract B, of the full parcel, is for sale. Please see the legal description below.

Bid deadline: Monday, July 14th, 9:00am

Bids must be sealed, marked Chapel Street, Tract B and must be mailed or hand delivered to the address in the invitation to bid. Failure to do so may result in premature opening or failure to open such bids. No bids will be received after the deadline specified in the Invitation for Bids. Bids received after the Bid Deadline will not be eligible and will be returned unopened. Bids submitted prior to the time of bid opening may be withdrawn by written request. Bids which are withdrawn may be edited and resubmitted, provided they are received prior to the original bid deadline.
