Due to the increase in new housing and general vehicle traffic in the Firetree neighborhood, the speed limit on Crimson Avenue near one of our senior residential neighborhoods is decreasing from 30mph to 25mph, effective immediately. Signage is now in place, with orange flags for extra visibility.

Officers will spend time in the area to help remind everyone about the new change.  With any new signage alteration, our enforcement efforts will involve a period of grace as everyone learns the new speed limit.  Thanks in advance for helping keep our citizen’s safe.
