What do City ordinances allow?

• Golf Carts on City streets are ALLOWED, with specified equipment.
• ATVs, pocket bikes, and motorized scooters are NOT ALLOWED.
• UTVs & Micro-Utility trucks are ALLOWED, with specified equipment.
• UTVs & Micro-Utility trucks must be licensed by the City. License are available at the Baldwin City Police Department.

Rules of the Road

• Golf cart traffic is subject to regular traffic laws.
• Driver must have a valid driver’s license with them.
• Liability insurance, and proof thereof, is required.
• Only allowed between sunrise and sunset, not after dark.
