What do City ordinances allow?
- Golf Carts on City streets are ALLOWED, with specified equipment.
- ATVs, pocket bikes, and motorized scooters are NOT ALLOWED.
- UTVs & Micro-Utility trucks are ALLOWED, with specified equipment.
- UTVs & Micro-Utility trucks must be licensed by the City. License are available at the Baldwin City Police Department.
Rules of the Road
- Golf cart traffic is subject to regular traffic laws.
- Driver must have a valid driver’s license with them.
- Liability insurance, and proof thereof, is required.
- Only allowed between sunrise and sunset, not after dark.
