If you've got stuff in your garage, basement, or under your bed that you're anxious to get rid of, there are options coming up in June!
Citywide yard sales are always the first weekend in June, which is the 7th and 8th this year. Some sales start as early as the 6th though, so keep your eyes peeled if you're a bargain hunter. Registration is now closed for the Yard Sale Trail guide produced by The Maple, but if you registered, grab your free guide once those hit the streets the week of sales. If you didn't place a listing, guides are $5.

On Sunday afternoon, June 8th, there will once again be a thrift store pickup truck available in Allen Park, by the Santa Fe Depot. They are from City Mission Thrift, and are available from 2-4pm. They have plenty of room for your donations, but they did ask we let folks know they can't accept mattresses, baby seats, or baby strollers.
Don't want to have a sale -- or you really have junk? The twice a year Citywide Cleanup event is here to help with that! June Citwide Cleanup is taking place on June 14, 2025, rain or shine. It's at the Public Works Complex, located at 1015 Orange Street, and is for City residents only. All the information about that event is available right here.
